§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has recently announced our aim to improve the level of recycling of domestic waste. We are, in conjunction with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, looking at the possibility of establishing a coding scheme to assist in the post-consumer recycling of plastic.
