§ The Prime MinisterNo. I recognise the concern at the number of proposals for EC legislation now corning forward and the need for effective scrutiny of them. My right hon. Friend the Lord President keeps our arrangements under close review and currently is holding discussions with the Procedure and European Legislation Committees to establish what improvements may be made.
