§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonHer Majesty's industrial pollution inspectorate for Scotland is part of the Scottish Development Department and has a staff of 20 including 13 professionally qualified engineers and scientists. The inspectorate's complement is in line with its current commitments, but staffing levels are reviewed regularly.
