§ Mr. NeubertTraining and education support for Commonwealth and other friendly nations is provided by allocating places on United Kingdom service training courses to students from those countries and by sending service training teams overseas to assist our friends and allies in establishing their own training colleges and organisations in an effective and efficient way.
