§ Mrs. ChalkerThe FCO has been represented at international conferences which discussed debt reduction at UNCTAD in September 1988, the IMF and IBRD annual meetings in Berlin in September 1988 and the spring meetings of the IMF and IBRD in April this year. It has also been represented at a variety of meetings organised by research, academic and private sector groups.
