(2) what named works Severn-Trent water authority have submitted to Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution for changes to sewage discharge consent conditions;
(3) if he will list the submissions made by the Severn-Trent water authority to Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution which apply for a relaxation of current consent conditions and showing which are temporary and which are permanent.
