§ Mr. MoynihanThe Government share the view expressed by the football authorities and others that there should be a move towards all-seater stadiums for the major clubs. The incentive for the clubs would be in improved safety and comfort of their supporters. We welcome Liverpool FC's announcement of its intention to make Anfield an all-seater stadium.
