Mr. Cohen

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what steps he proposes to take to ensure that all vehicles belonging to visiting forces and civilian components thereof that are stationed in the United Kingdom, including those of the United States, are carrying(a) a registration number and (b) a distinctive nationality mark, as required by article V of the NATO status of forces agreement 1951.
