To ask the Secretary of State for Defence why United States air force vehicles, based at RAF Greenham Common, in transit to Salisbury plain in the early hours of the morning of 14 March in the current year were carrying neither a registration number nor a distinctive nationality mark, as required by article V of the NATO status of forces agreement 1951.
