§ The Prime MinisterThe United Kingdom's delegation to the diplomatic conference at Basle to draw up a convention on the transboundary movements of hazardous wastes was led by the Minister for Housing, Environment and Countryside. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment will make a statement about the conference as soon as possible.
