§ Mr. PortilloThe inquiry into the Bellgrove accident is to be held on 19–21 April at the Merchants house of Glasgow, 7 West George street, Glasgow. The chief inspecting officer of railways will be presenting his report to me at the earliest opportunity. I cannot, at this time, give any indication when that will be.
