§ Mr. Peter Walker[holding answer 13 March 1989]: There are 22½ staff in the information division which has a notional complement of 28½. Under delegated budgets staffing levels for 1989–90 will be determined by the resources made available to line managers and decisions on budget allocations for 1989–90 have yet to be finalised.
