§ Mr. ChannonPromoters of light rail schemes for Manchester, Avon, South Yorkshire, west midlands, Leeds and an extension of the Tyne and Wear metro have had discussions with us. Light rail schemes are also being considered in the east London rail study, as well as for Croydon, Nottingham and Southampton.
