To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects the bus industry to be fully privatised.

Once the Scottish Bus Group subsidiaries have been privatised, only London Buses Limited and the local authority-owned bus companies will remain in public ownership. Four of the latter have already been sold and I hope that others will follow shortly.
