§ Mr. LuceThis document is a Commission communication only, not a set of objectives, and it has not been endorsed by European Community Ministers of Culture. At their meeting on 27 May 1988 EC Ministers of Culture decided to give priority to Community action in four areas: audiovisual; books; sponsorship; and training. However, no specific programme proposals have yet been put to them by the European Commission.
