asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, further to their reply of 4th May (Hansard col. 388), they will initiate an international call for a Soviet admission of guilt for the Katyn massacre in 1940.

There is substantial circumstancial evidence pointing to Soviet responsibility for the Katyn massacre, but no proof. We urge the Soviet authorities to help establish the facts.
