To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is Her Majesty's Government's policy towards the linkage of aid and other deals.

United Kingdom aid is provided in support of sustainable development and to alleviate poverty in developing countries. There is no question of linking aid and "deals".
