§ Mr. FreemanDetailed figures on the prevalence of drug misuse are, because of the clandestine and illegal nature of the activity, not available. The figures which were issued in June 1985 were obtained via a special exercise. This exercise has not been repeated and so I am unable to give the hon. Member updated figures.
