§ Mr. Archie HamiltonIn addition to the measures announced on 30 January, the British-German study group has continued to look for opportunities to increase bilateral co-operation. In February it was announced that consideration would be given to the formation of a joint air defence unit in the Federal Republic, and the feasibility of this is being examined. The study group will report to Ministers on its further work in the autumn.
