What has been the outcome of their representations concerning the treatment by Bulgaria of that country's ethnic Turkish minority.
§ The Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Trefgarne)The Bulgarian authorities have provided some information, but not so far taken steps to improve the lot of the Turkish minority. We again call on the Bulgarian authorities to allow those who wish to leave to do so in an orderly fashion and to respect the rights of those who wish to remain.
