To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what consultation he has had with the Nature Conservancy Council, the Countryside Commission, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, the National Anglers' Council and other interested bodies on the environmental impact of the use of jet-skis and similar devices on rivers and other inland waters; and if he will make a statement.
