§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy Department is currently working with British Coal to put together a substantial financial package involving both private and public sector funding, to carry forward the proposed experiments at Grimethorpe as part of the programme to develop the topping cycle concept. Once the outcome of these discussions is known, I will make a further statement.
