There have been no such meetings on this subject recently.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the operation of the Payments for Debt (Emergency Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971.

The provisions of the Payments of Debt (Emergency Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 continue to make an important contribution towards the objective of reducing the high levels of public debt in Northern Ireland.
