§ Mr. ButcherIt is for the Devon local education authority to decide what priority for funding to accord to particular projects, including North Molton, and to decide which of them to fund in 1989–90. For the 1989–90176W financial year, the authority was allocated £14.177 million in respect of prescribed expenditure on county and voluntary controlled schools and FHE, representing a 68 per cent. increase on its allocation for 1988–89.
