To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if the low flying regulations permit farm buildings to be used as simulated targets during low-flying training sorties.

[holding answer 16 December 1988]: The regulations for the conduct of low-flying training in the United Kingdom do not specify particular types of features at ground level which might be used as simulated targets.
