§ Mr. Michael SpicerIt is expected that two members of the safeguards office will devote time to Lascar-related work. One of these attended the Tokyo meeting at an approximate cost of £2,900.
The aims of Lascar are to exchange safeguards related information and techniques on future large plutonium handling facilities. This exchange of information took place on the understanding that it would remain confidential to the parties involved.
