§ Mr. AtkinsAs stated in our recent White Paper "Broadcasting in the '90s: Competition, Choice and Quality", the fifth terrestrial television service will make use of two standard 8 MHz channels, 35 and 37, in the UHF broadcasting band; whilst decisions on the amount of choice of spectrum for MVDS will be announced by the end of April this year.
