By how much the annual grant in aid to the Nature Conservancy Council has been cut in real terms, and what is the sum of money involved.

Between 1979/80 and 1989/90 the council's annual grant in aid will have risen from £7.9 million to £40.15 million, an increase of more than 150 per cent. in real terms.
