§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make it his policy to conduct an environmental audit of the nuclear fuel cycle production and management process carried out by British Nuclear Fuels plc at its Springfields, Capenhurst, Calder and Windscale works at Sellafield and Chapel Cross facilities to ascertain the amounts of carbon dioxide and chlorofluorocarbons gases released in processing and refrigeration.
