§ Mr. AtkinsMy Department uses paper having recycled content where this is consistent with operational efficiency and offers good value for money. Recycled paper can be more expensive than other types of paper of comparable quality, but I am reviewing the scope for making increased use of recycled material in the light of recent market developments.
