To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will seek to amend the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act to allow for the appointment of safety representatives within the agriculture industry.

No. The Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1977 already allow for the appointment of safety representatives within the agriculture industry.
