To ask the Secretary of State for Employment when the Retail Prices Index Advisory Committee last met; and what was discussed.

§ Mr. Lee
The committee last met on 17 January, to discuss the effect of the abolition of domestic rates on the construction of the retail prices index. A report is expected on this shortly.
