To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish the estimated national domestic rate for Wales had the system to be introduced in 1990 been in operation in the current financial year, together with the current business in each Welsh district.

In 1990, domestic rates will be replaced by the community charge and there will be no national domestic rate. 1988–89, non-domestic rate poundages in each Welsh district are listed in the following table:
