What time at present elapses between an applicant passing the public service vehicle driver's test (for mini-buses), and the issuance of a full licence; and what they consider to be an acceptable timescale.

Straightforward first applications for full PSV licences (whether to drive mini-buses or larger public service vehicles) arc dealt with within 10 working days.

Less straightforward applications, which may involve inquiries into medical condition or previous conduct and sometimes a hearing before the Traffic Commissioner, may take longer.
