§ The Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Trefgarne)There are no plans to do so at present. If the noble Lord has any evidence of abuse of competition in the retailing of spectacles by opticians he should bring it in the first instance to the attention of the Director General of Fair Trading.
