§ Mr. FreemanFacsimiles of the 1991 census forms will be included in the Census Regulations to be laid before Parliament when the Census Order has been made. Copies of "Census Newsletter No. 11", which shows how the proposed questions would look on the census forms, have been placed in the Library and will be made available from the Vote Office before the Census Order is debated.
