To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list those operations for which sea disposal licences for the deposit or incineration of waste at sea have been granted under part II of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985.

The number of licences issued by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland under part II of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 is as follows:—

All licences are issued on an annual basis. Details of licences issued are maintained by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland on a public register.
