§ Mr. Grist[holding answer 28 October 1988]: I have received several representations in the past six months calling for an all-Wales strategy for physically handicapped people. One of these has been in the form of a discussion document submitted by the Wales Council for the Disabled and the Spastics Society in Wales which Welsh Office officials are currently considering.
