§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleySubject to an overall requirement to complete reviews of London borough boundaries by 31 March 1992, it is for the Local Government Boundary Commission to set its own timetable. I understand that it expects to report on the first of these reviews in 1989–90. Proposals approved by the Secretary of State are normally implemented within the same or the following financial year.
