Member refers was prepared by the Fellowship of Engineering as a commentary on its manual of acidic emission abatement technologies, a copy of which was placed in the Library last year. The commentary was supplied by the Fellowship of Engineering on a commercial, in confidence basis and there are no plans to publish it.
