§ Mr. KirkwoodTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will list in theOfficial Report the number of complaints made against community charge registration officers in Scotland by persons who consider that the enforcement of registration officers' powers have been carried out in a manner which has caused offence or distress:
(2) if he will publish figures for the current cost of pursuing persons who are refusing or delaying to supply information required by registration officers drawing up the community charge register, showing the costs for Scotland broken down by local authority area.
