The information exchange arrangement between the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate and the USSR state commission on supervision of nuclear power safety, was signed on 21 September during the IAEA conference in Vienna.
I understand that Her Majesty's chief inspectorate of nuclear installations will be visiting the USSR early next year to continue discussions with the USSR state commission.
