§ Mr. Michael SpicerI have noted both the report of the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate (NII) and the comments made by British Nuclear Fuels plc (BNFL) in accepting the conclusions and recommendations of the report. I am confident that BNFL continues to give the highest priority to safety and that the NII will continue to provide the essential independent check on this.
