To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will meet the national officer of MIND to discuss the impact of the new employment training scheme upon community-based mental health services.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has no present plans to meet representatives of MIND, but would be happy to consider doing so if asked.
