§ Mr. John PattenRequests for waiver under the Visiting Forces Act 1952 may be made either by the visiting force authorities where primary right of jurisdiction lies with United Kingdom courts, or by the United Kingdom where primary right of jurisdiction lies with the visiting force authorities. There is no requirement for central reporting of cases in either category, but their numbers are thought to be small.
