§ Mr. Donald ThompsonI am currently considering instructions to the effect that, as soon as unleaded petrol 391W is readily available in areas where Ministry cars are used, all vehicles which are capable of modification should be so modified at the next scheduled servicing, and that, wherever possible newly purchased vehicles should be capable of running on unleaded petrol.
