§ Mr. MellorThe manpower establishment of South Western regional health authority on 30 September 1988 was 756 whole time equivalent staff. The categories are set out in the table. Net revenue expenditure in 1987–88 was £12 million, and the equivalent budgeted figure for 1988–89 is £13.1 million.
