§ Mr. Douglas HurdThe document is being sent today for comment to the police representative bodies, the Association of County Councils, the Association of Metropolitan Authorities, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Police Complaints Authority. Copies are being placed in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament. Any other interested party or individual who wishes to comment can obtain a copy of the document from the Home Office, Room 523, 50 Queen Anne's Gate, London SW1, 01–273–3612. Comments are being sought by the end of February 1989.
