§ Mr. Douglas HoggThere are no plans to introduce routine blood tests on voluntary basis, but a test is arranged, after counselling, for any prisioner who requests one or who consents to a test where it is clinically recommended by the medical officer. Screening of all prisoners on first reception continues in the form of medical inquiry and examination.
