To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what is the current situation with regard to his Department's trials of DNA testing; and if he will make a statement;

(2) what is his Department's position regarding the status as evidence in immigration proceedings of positive DNA tests for applicants who applied for a DNA test before the age of 18, but who are now over the age of 18; and if he will make a statement.
